Purpose:    Raw Ingredient Processor position is responsible for preparing frozen ingredients that will be used in the production of kibble by separating the frozen blocks of meat and fish, then running them through the meat processing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Chip frozen meat blocks apart 
• Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment.
• Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted 
• Mix ingredients together.
• Add oils as needed per customer specifications.
• Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards.
• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner.
• Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing.
  Enter shipments into inventory on the computer.

Job Requirements:

• Willing and able to lift 60 lbs consistently 
• Able to bend, stoop, and reach
• Willing to work with a team.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Forklift experience required 
• Basic Computer skills required.
• Basic math skills required.

Hours: Monday - Friday
            2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm

Compensation:  $20.50 per hour.
