Yourgi Technical Product Manager

We are looking to add a Technical Product Manager to our Yourgi team!  

LOCATION: Fully Remote 

REPORTS TO: Director of Product, Design and UX 

PAY: $120,000 - $130,000/ annually 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:  

• Write detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on designs and product goals. 

• Act as Scrum Master for our web, api and mobile engineering teams: facilitate hand-off of  product and design user stories, write user stories translating those stories for engineering, facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. 

• Serve as a bridge between design, product, and engineering, ensuring smooth, unblocked execution. 

• Set up and lead working sessions to clarify requirements and resolve blockers. 

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog across both the Yourgi website and mobile app. 

• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and ensure timelines are met. 

• Document product decisions, dependencies, and workflows to maintain alignment and traceability. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

Education & Experience:  

• 5–7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in SaaS or mobile/web app environments. 

• Strong technical acumen, able to converse with developers, write detailed specs, and understand API-level integrations. 

• Exceptional organizational skills; able to keep cross-functional teams aligned and focused. 

• Skilled in tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, User Interviews, Loom, Lookback, Google Analytics, Retrium, Product Plan, ChatGPT. 

• Experience supporting both web and mobile development efforts.  

Skills: 

• Experience integrating with third-party platforms such as Stripe, Vetty, or Zendesk. 

• Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced agile team. 

• Certified Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. 

• Background in engineering or technical consulting. 

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment.
