We are looking to add a Technical Product Manager to our Yourgi team!
LOCATION: Fully Remote
REPORTS TO: Director of Product, Design and UX
PAY: $120,000 - $130,000/ annually
CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
Write detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on designs and product goals.
Act as Scrum Master for our web, api and mobile engineering teams: facilitate hand-off of product and design user stories, write user stories translating those stories for engineering, facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Serve as a bridge between design, product, and engineering, ensuring smooth, unblocked execution.
Set up and lead working sessions to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog across both the Yourgi website and mobile app.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, and ensure timelines are met.
Document product decisions, dependencies, and workflows to maintain alignment and traceability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
5–7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in SaaS or mobile/web app environments.
Strong technical acumen, able to converse with developers, write detailed specs, and understand API-level integrations.
Exceptional organizational skills; able to keep cross-functional teams aligned and focused.
Skilled in tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, User Interviews, Loom, Lookback, Google Analytics, Retrium, Product Plan, ChatGPT.
Experience supporting both web and mobile development efforts.
Skills:
Experience integrating with third-party platforms such as Stripe, Vetty, or Zendesk.
Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced agile team.
Certified Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
Background in engineering or technical consulting.
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment.
