Highlights of Responsibilities:
- Supports the department officer and functions as the central point of contact for multi-departmental staff, managing schedules, activities, and events
- Responsible for maintaining Email and Calendar for Department Officers as well as department records and reference materials
- Coordinates travel arrangements and submits expense reports for department
- Assist in project management activities including but not limited to project planning, scheduling, budgeting, organizing and/or project research
- Works closely with the External Communications staff to coordinate events and meetings, and act as a back-up for the other support staff.
- Responsible for performing analytical tasks ranging from simple to complex assignments, including development and maintenance of analytical tools, summaries, briefings and presentations
- May participate in special projects, in support of division goals
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational management skills including work management
- Self-starter who demonstrates personal motivation and conviction
- Works independently in completing tasks as assigned
- Outstanding specialized skills required (PC operation, Outlook, internet search capabilities, Microsoft office, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain solid working relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on providing excellent and highly confidential customer service
- Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and influence successfully in a highly matrixed organization
- Works on and may lead projects with limited to moderate scope
- 6+ years as an executive assistant
- AA degree or equivalent work experience as an executive assistant
Base Salary Range: Min: $78,200 - Mid: $101,700 - Max: $124,900 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
