Job Summary

As the Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing current labor models, leading to the development and implementation of a staffing plan comprising scheduling, recruitment, and training to optimize labor efficiency in the location. It will ensure compliance with all State and Federal requirements pertaining to hourly labor.

 

Detailed Responsibilities:

*Coordinate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs
*Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment
*Drive reduction of reliance on temp labor and increase internal hired
*Attend networking events and increase local presence in the community
*Work with the Staffing Manager  to ensure that there are robust and agreed recruitment and retention standards in the location
*Develop and manage relationships with all temp agencies, seasonal team and NPO groups to provide a variety of avenues to staff location
*Develop and maintain location staff grids
*Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate
*Ensure consistency of Levy branding across staffing campaigns
*Assist in various HR projects and initiatives
*Work with local universities to develop a pipeline of hourly talent
*Work with Staffing Coordinator to ensure staffing levels are met
*Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

3 + years previous experience with staffing in a hospitality space
Experience managing large scale projects
High level of computer literacy
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
