ABOUT THE JOB:

As an Enterprise Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing enterprise clients. You will leverage your extensive knowledge in the industry to build relationships with key decision-makers and effectively communicate the benefits of Tapcheck's solutions. What You’ll Do:

· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

· Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries to introduce Tapcheck's solutions.

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve sales efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor's degree or related experience

· Proven track record of success in enterprise business development, preferably in the Fintech space

· Strong knowledge of payroll, HR, and employee benefits.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities.

· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth

Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
