IT Support Engineer L2 GR

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows OS (7 through 11), Microsoft 365, and authorized desktop applications
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  
• Manage and maintain systems through Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
  
• Document all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate records
  
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  
• Perform preventative maintenance on IT equipment
  
  
  

Requirements

• Professional IT support experience in enterprise environments
  
• Expertise in Windows OS support and troubleshooting
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration
  
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts
  
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional certification (or equivalent)
  
• Professional fluency in English and Greek
