Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team as Weekend Home Health Caregivers. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care and support to our client  during the weekends, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Adapting to the client's needs as required
• Providing medication reminders as needed.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
• Engaging in companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
• Availably to work Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (or) every other Saturday and Sunday
  
  

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to adapt to various client needs and environments.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
