How Will You Make an Impact?
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle—from concept to implementation—delivering successful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will help drive strategic initiatives, align business objectives, and ensure key projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risk, and advancing operational performance.
What Will You Do?
Lead and manage projects of low to medium complexity from initiation through execution and closure.
Define project goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria.
Create project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), business cases, functional requirements, and detailed project plans with milestones.
Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts, identifying cost drivers and savings opportunities.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Ensure alignment across internal departments and external partners to support seamless execution.
Lead cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams with clear direction, motivation, and support.
Ensure adherence to quality, time, and cost constraints.
Provide timely project updates and facilitate weekly communication forums.
Mentor project team members and foster continuous improvement.
Promote customer satisfaction by understanding and exceeding expectations.
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field required.
PMP Certification preferred.
Experience:
1–2 years of project management experience.
Experience in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) or related industry preferred.
Proven expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects.
Experience leading cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, from planning through execution.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
Familiarity with integrated ERP systems, such as SAP, a plus.
Ability to define, develop, and implement strategic project plans.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and coaching team members.
Experience with performance metrics, budget tracking, and resource planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification.
Experience in EMS or high-tech manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Jabil-specific systems and tools.
