Work Schedule:100 % FTE, Evening/Night Shift. 4 10hr shifts 1630-0300. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
• Must provide copy of diploma/degree for highest level of education obtained. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• CPR Certification. Preferred
