Job description

  

• Validating and processing the invoices received from the Partners into Special Operations department to the assigned customers;
• Processing, generating and facilitating the financial agreements to the clients on behalf of Financial Services
• Offering assistance regarding the invoices issued by Financial Services, financial agreements statuses and making sure that the contracts are signed by the customers in a timely manner;
• Keeping records of the contracts, budget allocation and that vendors are paid in shorter term the required CT;
• Identifying and testing improvement opportunities and active participation in establishing the definition of standards/ creating procedures/ documentation, best approaches in solving the issues that we encounter in our work;
• Providing guidance, knowledge sharing with colleagues/ team members relating to each process and specialization;
• Execute testing of tools, analyze data, identify, and resolve discrepancies that occur in used tools.
