Your Job: 
As the Senior Manager, Digital Program & Delivery Management (IT), you will lead enterprise level programs for the digital business and manage a team of program and project managers to deliver key strategic initiatives that will drive value for the organization in its short and long-term growth (3 to 5 years). You will support key cross-functional digital business work streams and be responsible for enabling the creation, prioritization and ongoing communication processes needed for aligning on a project portfolio agreed upon by the Digital Team and the executive Steering Committee. The Digital Team consists of several functional groups which includes Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, Creative, Runner Experience (customer support), the Digital Products technology team and other delivery vendors. As the Senior Manager, Digital Program Management, you will primarily work cross-functionally, as you collaborate, influence, and lead the management and coordination of the work across all these teams. You will be able to quickly identify and remove barriers and challenge the norm with new ways of working that will keep up with the pace that the business requires. You will have a passion for consistently keeping programs and projects on schedule and budget while empowering the teams to deliver the necessary work on time. Equal parts strategy, program/project management and execution, you will lead teams and projects that will focus on the future of digital experiences for runners. 

You Responsibilities:

  • Lead project portfolio management of prioritized initiatives that provide high business value
  • Ensure all programs and projects are executed based on established priorities set by the Digital Team and are aligned with the organization’s capacity to deliver
  • Manage a team of high performing program, project managers and scrum masters (including goal setting, performance reviews, hiring decisions) and support the career development of direct reports to ensure job satisfaction, retention and to identify and develop bench strength
  • Work with cross functional work stream leads to drive process, strategy, and global alignment, partnering with Global Sales, Global Marketing, Global Ecommerce, Creative, Digital Products to drive results and outcomes
  • Manage the relationship and monitor the delivery of external vendors project work to ensure they are successfully developing and integrating high quality of work against the requirements, scope, schedule, and budget as set by Brooks
  • Lead and participate in executive level Steering Committee meetings to provide progress updates, escalate issues, and drive decisions for a senior level group
  • Influence project stakeholder commitment to securing actualization of project benefits, ensuring there are systems in place to capture and report on KPI’s and cost/benefit comparisons
  • Lead Digital Team governance and Scrum meetings, review project objectives, charter, and business cases to ultimately deliver value to the business and the runner
  • Communicate portfolio progress to the organization to ensure alignment
  • Own the short-term and long-term prioritization and calendar process, including development and refinement of the process as well as ontime delivery of projects by working closely with cross functional teams to drive and support digital experiences
  • Ensure Brooks enterprise program management practices for communication, status, document management and budgeting are followed. 

Your Qualifications:

  • BA or BS required in Business or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in strategic planning and project management
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing digital environments, such as ecommerce, software development (web or mobile), or digital channel management
  • 5+ years of managing a team of project, program managers and scrum masters
  • Experience utilizing multiple SDLC methodologies such Lean, Waterfall, agile, etc.
  • Highly proficient in the use and customization of Jira, Confluence or other collaboration tools is preferred
