JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator, Payer Strategy & Success will be responsible to ensure customers achieve their RiskAdjustment objectives while using Virtix Health’s products and services. As a member of the Payer Strategy &
Success Management team, the Project Coordinator role will closely partner with Virtix Health’s clients to
track, monitor, and report the implementation and execution of our client and service deliverables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities
- Project manage small to large projects in alignment with Virtix Health and our Client project objectives. Is always tasked to complete key items – a “doer,” not just a “recorder”
- Track, monitor, and report status of client data receipt and integration; • Assist with the preparation of agendas, reports and minutes for client meetings;
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Product teams to research and resolve client reported issues
- Collaborate with MRR Operations to research and resolve client issues and questions in regards to scheduling, record requests, and document processing
- Ensure that project scope is defined and updated in a timely manner. Independently manage minor change requests & escalate major ones;
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Identify key issues, risks, gaps or problems and own resolution. Develop both qualitative and quantitative risk management plans
- Manage project execution through all phases to ensure on-time delivery. Adhere to applicable quality standards
- Generate regular reports to meet the needs of stakeholders and sponsors; • Hold teams accountable for their commitments- internal business, development IT and operations as well as external vendors and clients
- Work across departments and with clients while maintaining positive and productive working relationships and work in ways that honor the company’s values
- Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated goals and demonstrate influence in driving outcomes, both internally and externally
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and expertise regarding all Virtix Health’s products, services, and delivery processes, with emphasis on risk adjustment and clinical quality offerings used by Virtix Health’s customers
- Maintain compliance with Virtix Health's policies, procedures and mission statement
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Virtix Health’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Virtix Health for the purpose of achieving the operational and financial success of the Company

• Ability to manage expectations, create high levels of satisfaction, and effectively convey client needs to internal stakeholders and functions throughout the company.
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, College degree preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time
• Subject to inside environmental conditions
• Travel for this position will likely be up to 10%
