Customer Marketing Intern M/F

Role summary :
As a Customer Marketing Intern at Haleon, you'll have the opportunity to assist in the creation and
development of promotional support for our key brands. You'll play a pivotal role in driving brand
awareness and market penetration, by helping translate Brand Marketing campaigns into relevant
Shopper communication. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales,
project management, and customer relationship building.

Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create briefings based on brand strategy
• Liaise with agencies to develop creative assets and manage budgets
• Ensure internal alignment and approvals, including health authority approvals if necessary
• Oversee production and implementation/merchandising processes
• Conduct after-action reviews to evaluate ROI and optimize future campaigns
• Owner of the projects a to z, lounge the project, creative agency (design). Follow up,
organizational skills.

Qualifications and skills:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or University Degree in Commercial, Marketing, or Science (internship
must be part of the student's curriculum)
• Strong interest in marketing and consumer health
• Dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated team player with a proactive approach
• Native French speaker with fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Available to work full-time Monday to Friday
• Start date: January to June 2026 (6 months)
