HR Cost Controlling Assistant

THE ROLENew Guards Group is currently looking for an HR Cost Controlling Assistant for its HR department.
WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will work with the HR Cost Controlling Specialist in providing support to the management and in the execution of the following activities:
- Preparing timely and accurate monthly HC reports;- Support on the HR cost plan, forecast and budget and managing the monthly reports related to the actual-forecast vs budget analysis;- Maintaining the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks;- Monitoring KPIs analysis (e.g. turnover, absence, overtime, vacations, etc.).
WHO YOU ARE- 1 year of experience in similar role (HR Payroll & Finance related);- Degree in Economics, Accounting or Human Resource Management or Business Administration- Fluent in spoken and written English- Excellent use of Excel- Analytical ability- Experience/ familiarity with the HR systems Workday will be considered a plus- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
