Bayview Physicians Group – Chesapeake, VA
Bayview Physicians Group, the largest private multi-specialty group in Virginia has an exciting, full time opportunity for a Healthcare Data Analyst within our administrative office supporting 300 medical providers and 75 office locations.
Under the supervision of the Director Revenue Cycle Management, the Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting revenue cycle data, productivity, and performance metrics utilizing a variety of methodologies.

Job Requirements
The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for technical and analytical data analysis for Bayview Physicians Group, Medical Management Services, and NowCare Urgent Care.
The Data Analyst provides high level technical and analytical support of financial and clinical data. This includes, but is not limited to, qualitative and quantitative analysis, trend analysis, payor reimbursement analysis, and audits. .

Job Requirements
The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for technical and analytical data analysis for Bayview Physicians Group, Medical Management Services, and NowCare Urgent Care.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Designs, produces and analyzes reporting data.
- Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with department personnel
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends in large, complex data sets.
- Filter and clean up data
- Perform audits using data from multiple sources
- Using data to report on performance metrics
- Performs other duties, tasks, and specialized projects as assigned
- Previous experience in a field related to data analytics
- Demonstrates ability in data analytics and statistical modeling
- Ability to translate detailed and complex data into understandable conclusions and offer valued solutions.
- Experience utilizing large databases
- Healthcare experience
