Principal People Business Partner, GTM

FloQast is seeking a Principal, People Business Partner (GTM) to play a pivotal role in our continued evolution as a market leader in accounting workflow automation. Serving as a strategic architect of organizational health and high performance, you will be a strategic partner to FloQast’s GTM leadership team across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You will go beyond traditional HR support to act as a deeply embedded business advisor, translating FloQast’s ambitious growth objectives into scalable people strategies. Your mission is to ensure our GTM teams have the elite talent, visionary leadership, and high-performance culture necessary to drive hyper-growth and sustained market excellence.
