We are looking for a passionate (<strong>Senior) Product Manager</strong> to play an elementary role in helping us transform every company into a sustainable business with critical responsibility and influence on product and overall venture development.</p> <p>If you are excited about building an economy where every company creates an impact for a sustainable world and empowering companies to decarbonize and boost their business performance, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Discovery:</strong> You will lead the Product discovery of Cozero’s climate footprint disclosure initiatives to help companies manage the relationships with the stakeholders in their climate journey</li> <li><strong>Product Roadmap:</strong> You will own the Product Roadmap of your tech squad and prioritize initiatives that help fulfill the company's strategy. Therefore you define customer requirements, product initiatives, and user stories to deliver new features</li> <li><strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Based on data-driven analyses, KPI’s and usability research you will monitor and analyze the performance of new product features</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> You will manage the communication with stakeholders and work closely with our clients and climate experts internally</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> You will work closely with the Designers and Tech Leads to bring concepts from ideas to delivery</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You bring around 3 to 5 years of experience in developing digital products as a Product Manager (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment). </li> <li>We're also open to considering experienced professionals from fields within our target industries (e.g. Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.) or with relevant climate knowledge that didn't have as much product management exposure in the past</li> <li>You've worked in the B2B sector and you understand well how they make decisions and implement digital products</li> <li>You have a solid tech understanding that enriches your conversations with your team, an eye for a great user experience, and know when to use data and how to leverage user research and testing</li> <li>You have demonstrated the ability to work with a senior leadership team, taking ownership of strategic decisions and leading your team confidently under ambiguity</li> <li>You speak Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills (German is a plus)</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to work remotely or from our great co-working space in Maschinenraum Berlin with access to innovation events of the German Mittelstand and the startup ecosystem</li> <li>Virtual meditation sessions and occasional wellness sessions</li> <li>Regular team events and at least 2 offsites per year</li> <li>Individual learning &amp; development budget</li> <li>The option to participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP), to have direct involvement and impact on Cozero’s success</li> <li>A strong company culture focused on growth, collaboration, and fighting climate change</li> <li>Participation opportunities in periodic accelerator, startup &amp; event programs</li> </ul> <p>We strive to build a diverse, inclusive and collaborative workplace and we follow a fair, objective, and non-discriminatory recruitment process.
