We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Real Estate agent to join our fast-growing firm. This CRE agent will focus on marketing and negotiating lease transactions for properties owned by ECP.

We’re looking for candidates who understand commercial real estate and have excellent marketing and people skills, as well as someone who will diligently pursue completing as many leases as possible.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for:

• Assist clients in finding suitable commercial properties to run their business from.
• Assist ECP in promoting its properties and attract qualified tenants in a reasonable timeframe.
• Assist with and/or manage negotiations between ECP and potential tenants. 
• Manage a portfolio of commercial rental properties.
• Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.
• Attend networking functions and occasional workshops. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Experienced Commercial Real Estate leasing agent.
• California Real Estate License.
• A firm grasp of best practices within the CRE industry.
• Self-motivated, honest, and team oriented.
• Applicable knowledge of property law, property specifications, legal guidelines, procedures, and policies.

Required: 

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Compensation: We provide a competitive “draw” and commission structure which will allow a talented, goal oriented, and hardworking agent to easily make over $100,000.00 annually in net commissions.
