Our staff pool employees support our 4 facilities in Everett covering staff absences due to vacation or sick leave. They are able to pick up their shifts 4-6 weeks ahead as well as short notice. The only requirement we have is that you actively work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
Schedules: 8 hour shifts 6am to 2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm to 6am
Pay Range: LPN $40-$50 - RN $45-$55 DOE

We provide skilled and sub-acute nursing and assisted living services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of elderly and disabled persons, many of which are vulnerable, low-income senior citizens that rely on Medicare/Medicaid for housing, food and medical services.
Responsibilities include:
Assess patients’ condition.
Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
Follow instructions of the senior team as directed.
QualificationsQualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
Current active Washington state license as an RN or LPN
Proof of current CPR certification
One year of nursing experience
Experience in LTC/skilled nursing an advantage
Compassionate, friendly demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per month
Open to contact at short notice
