Sr. IT Project Engineer Overview

Frontline, LLC - Managed IT Services & IT Support provides companies in Los Angeles with IT help desk Support, Network Engineering & Administration, Cyber Security and IT Consulting.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Systems Engineer / IT Project Engineer (onsite)

Projects

• Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
• Perform IT engineering services both remotely, and onsite, ranging from cloud services implementation to network deployments.
• Work on IT projects such as O365 migrations, migrating on-prem environments into AWS or Azure, and deploying firewalls (Cisco & SonicWALL).
• Regular communication with Project Manager and Project Team.
• Apply high-quality technical expertise towards the completion of projects within budget and scheduling restraints.

Network Admin / Engineer

• Configures and supports internal and/or external networks
• Network infrastructure support and deployment (Internet, Firewall, DNS, Switching, Routing, Remote Access, VPN)
• Coordinate and implement network software and hardware upgrades

Target Salary Range for qualified candiates ranges between $100,000 - $115,000 per year + benefits.

Requirements

You should have a diverse technical skill set with experience across cloud, networking, and system administration.

Multi years proven experience as a Sr. IT System Engineer, Sr. IT Engineer, Sr. IT Helpdesk Desk Technician.

Should be a MSP experienced Senior Engineer.

• Microsoft Cloud Solutions – Azure Infrastructure deployments
• Microsoft Office 365 migrations, troubleshooting and setup
• Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Servers
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Desktop Systems
• Windows 7, 8.1, 10 troubleshooting, management, and setup
• MacOS 10.10 or newer troubleshooting and management (a plus)
• Networking technologies and firewall management.
• Network troubleshooting skills such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, VOIP, VPN’s and Network Security.
• VMware management and deployment
• Mobile Device Management
• Intune/MFA
• Cyber Security: Sentienal One and Perch
• RMM Kaseya or ConnectWise
• Backup: Backup Radar and Veem
• Azure Everything
• Office 365 Admin and Migration
