Multi-Property Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Start your career in the sales department of the largest hotel chain worldwide - in the MARRIOTT Munich Sales Office!  As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for your own customer base from the DACH region for two of our Munich properties with 596 hotel rooms and 17 event rooms. An exciting task in direct sales with a lot of freedom and perspective.

We are looking forward to motivated team players who have a knack for sales to optimize the efficiency of our team.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Multi-Property Sales Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. 

This is what your day in Pro-Active Sales looks like: 

• Account management of existing customers
• Acquisition of new customers in the MICE & Corporate sector
• Contract negotiation and execution of RFP's
• Organization and execution of sales activities
• Telemarketing, customer visits and house tours
• Identification of new or existing markets/customers 

 

What we want from you:

• At least two years of experience in proactive sales
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Very good communication skills and excellent negotiation skills 
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• A high level of motivation and a structured way of working 
• Fluent in German and English
