About the role

We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our Business Transformation team and play a critical role in optimizing and evolving our digital supply chain operations. Acting as a superuser for our digital supply chain systems, you will lead system implementations, process improvements and cross-functional training to enhance operational efficiency.

• System Management & Optimization: Oversee content management, metadata, artwork, and rights systems, ensuring efficient functionality, enhancements, and integrations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement scalable improvements to digital supply chain workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing operational bottlenecks.
• Tool Implementation & Adoption: Lead new system rollouts, partner with Engineering and Product teams on requirement gathering, and drive training & onboarding for internal teams to streamline workflows and maximize adoption.
• Cross-Functional and External Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Operations, Programming, Data, Product, PMO, Marketing, Vendors (and more!) teams to align supply chain solutions with broader business goals.
• Partner Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, ensuring smooth content delivery and system integrations.
• Technical Translation: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and adoption of tools across the company.
• Operational Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and guidance, ensuring ongoing operational success. 

About You

• 5-7 years of experience in digital media operations, supply chain management, product management, or business transformation
• Strong ability to gather technical requirements and translate them into system enhancements and process improvements
• Experience working with content management, metadata, rights, and artwork workflows
• Ability to train and onboard internal teams on digital tools and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external partners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
