We are currently seeking a dedicated Practitioner-Nursing Professional Development to become a vital part of our collaborative team. This fulltime role working during the day shift hours, Monday - Friday (no rotating weekends).

- Bachelors Degree of Nursing (BSN) required.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department/specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Two years experience preferred.
- Must have the ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet the system educational needs.
- Must have the ability to display knowledge and utilization of principles of adult learning.
