Job Summary:
We at Capgemini financial services are looking for a Test Manager. In this role, you will be leading a team of manual and automation testers. You will own and handle the testing activities of multiple application or releases throughout its software development lifecycle covering Functional, Non-Functional & Regression Testing across System and System Integration Test level.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work with user team to define test case template on various business area such as operations, finance, claims and actuarial, etc.

• Drive and lead team for stress test, regression test and penetration test

• Develop and specify standard, methods or procedure to determine product quality.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience in Card Domain and Payments Domain.

• Should have 12 year of experience in Testing SDLC.

• Good experience in Transition Management & Project Management.

• Experience in Transformation Execution / Transformation initiatives management thought leadership.

• Experience in Metrics Management & Reports.

• Strong experience in Java/AWS Cloud/SQL/Batch Testing/BDD Cucumber & Rest Assured.
