Team
The growth team combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn our games into global hits. Animation is part of the Growth team,  a transversal role aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. Animation has complete creative freedom to craft funny and engaging stories around our top games that we share on our paid & social media channels. 
Role 
As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually appealing animated content that promotes mobile games to potential users. Your animations will play a crucial role in attracting players, driving user engagement, and enhancing the overall gaming experience. This role demands a creative and skilled professional who can bring characters, game elements and sometimes small scenes to life through animation. To succeed, you’ll have to:

• Design and develop high-quality 3D animations for mobile ads promoting various mobile games. 
• Adapt animations to different ad formats, including playable ads, interstitials, and video ads, to ensure optimal performance across various platforms and devices.
• Monitor social trends to find new ideas. We have best-in-class tools to help you.
• Write scripts and create high-level storyboards.
• Coordinate with Marketing artists and Game developers.
• Understand how your content performs to improve your production.

Profile

• Excellent mastery in your preferred animation software: Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D…
• Demonstrated experience in creating visually appealing 3D animations, storytelling, VFX and video editing.
• Average notions of Unity and After Effects will be an added advantage
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
• Creative and hacker mindset
• Interest in casual mobile games
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
