The Manager, Total Rewards role will have the opportunity to shape our overall total rewards strategy, including cash, equity and benefits strategy. This role is essential to designing and evolving Ironclad’s competitive, equitable, and scalable reward programs to attract, retain, and motivate top global talent. Aligning the business and people strategies, this role will lead the evolution of our foundational total rewards programs with an eye towards globally competitive programs as the company
