• Shift Days and Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 - 2:30 pm, depending on production schedule

Who You Are: 

Dependable, team player, strong leader, good communication skills, and attention to detail.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate automated robotic machines to apply spacers and sealants to glass units.
• Monitor equipment through touchscreens to ensure the line runs at the correct speed.
• Clear minor jams and reset computer errors to keep the production line moving.
• Change out large drums of sealant and rolls of spacer material as they run low.
• Clean nozzles, sensors, and suction cups daily to prevent buildup and scratches.
• Inspect finished seals and edges to ensure they are straight and free of defects.
• Follow all safety protocols while working around moving robotic arms and heavy glass.
• Track daily production numbers and report any equipment maintenance needs.

Skills You Bring:

• One year of previous work experience in manufacturing
• Must be able to lift 75lbs unassisted & 150lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
