- Create and maintain a positive work environment, promoting dignity and respect for clients, personnel, and stakeholders
- Supervise assigned staff, including performance coaching, evaluation completion, and performance management
- Monitor provider schedules, no-shows, and cancellations, ensuring efficient workflows and minimizing deficiencies
- Oversee benefit verification, billing, and data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to promote program growth and excellence
- Participate in strategic planning, identifying staffing needs, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for a Master's Degree, CPA, Internal Audit Certification, or Juris Doctor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of confidentiality laws related to primary care, mental health, and substance abuse
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
- Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing
