About The Role & Team
The AMER Field Marketing Team is responsible for developing strategic plans and omni-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and deal acceleration through impactful events. We are looking for a data-driven individual to own the strategy, create tight alignment across key stakeholders, and deliver engaging events to support strategic priorities.
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will:
- Own the strategy and execution for AMER West in person/virtual events to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
- Build engaging onsite activation, automated email campaigns, and landing pages to achieve registration and attendance goals.
- Leverage data and insights to create the strategy, improve efficiencies, build projections, and report on impact.
- Be in lockstep with sales to understand gaps/opportunities, define target audiences, identify content opportunities, explore new markets, and build a cohesive plan.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to identify speakers, content, partner opportunities, and branding to deliver impactful experiences that engage our audience.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- 8+ years relevant experience managing strategy and execution for onsite and virtual events.
- Proven track record of having worked in a high growth B2B SaaS environment, with a “builder” mindset.
- A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions.
- Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Self-starter with desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Exceptional project management skills coupled with a meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time for events.
