We are currently seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Accounting Specialist - HYBRID to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This is an Analyst role focused on SAP S/4 HANA Finance. The role will be in the implementation of these areas in on-going solutions and migration to S/4 HANA Finance. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas.

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure the optimum utilization of existing system platforms and their integration while considering deployment of new technologies in response to business requirements.
• Perform configuration, preparing functional designs, testing and managing the work of managed services providers.
• Design functional solutions to solve business problems
• Ensure agreement on design with process owners support and implement S/4 HANA Finance & SAP Project Systems.
• Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and SAP team members
• Participate in solution build and test activities on SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects
• Review current standards and revise to ensure best practices
• Serve as the conduit between product team, business, and engineering.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years SAP consulting experience in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing S/4HANA projects
• 6+ years expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
• 6+ years of integration with other SAP Modules Deep understanding on the integration of the components within the Management Accounting (CO) module such as Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Order Related Accounting (OPA), Account Based Profitability Analysis (ABCOPA), Project Systems (PS), Product Costing, and Material Ledger, as well as their integration with other SAP Modules.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) is desired Working knowledge on the conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is desired
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging skills is desired
• Ability to conduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutioning workshops
• Leadership skills; lead customer engagements relating to Financial and Management Accounting
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is desired
• SAP Activate Project Management methodology is desired
