About This Role
Provides specialized administrative support to leadership and teams.
Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgement in managing the flow of work within the area of responsibility. Works with a limited degree of supervision, with full authority of the supported leader(s).
Responsibilities
- Provide independent administrative support by prioritizing work, managing deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment; may supervise or delegate work to other administrative staff.
- Coordinate meetings, events, visitors, conference rooms, catering, and special projects, including capturing meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and domestic/international travel arrangements, including itineraries, time zone coordination, and changing business priorities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, employees, and external partners by building relationships, answering business questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively through written and verbal channels, tailoring messages to different audiences while fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration.
- Support an inclusive, team-oriented culture through coaching, mentoring, collaboration, and leadership while motivating others and embracing organizational change.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and internal business systems to improve productivity, troubleshoot basic technology issues, analyze information, and share knowledge with others.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, expense reporting (TERs), Code of Business Conduct requirements, and safety expectations while demonstrating adaptability, initiative, strong organizational skills, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative position.
- Willing and able to work outside of normal business hours as business needs dictate.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

- Office Administration: Demonstrated SME traits with MS Office platform, Dow Systems software, and collaborations tools. Able to assist managers and team members with everyday IT issues.
- Data Analytics: Compile information from role-related information systems and make decisions based on it. Use technology and data to enhance productivity.
