We are seeking a proactive and skilled Financial Budgeting Manager to join our team. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculation and management of the annual and quarterly HR budget, covering 20+ departments and 20+ budget categories.
• Cross-functional coordination with all departments to gather and validate inputs for budget planning.
• Budget analysis and preliminary evaluation of budget effectiveness, preparing materials for budget defense.
• Preparation of monthly HR budget forecasts.
• Monitoring and control of budget execution through monthly plan vs. fact analysis.
• Development and implementation of effective HR budgeting and planning methods.
• Process improvement: automation of budget spreadsheets, optimization of calculations and analytics within HR projects.
• Management and hiring of Finance Operation Specialists, responsible for Processing payment requests for the HR department in 1C & Collecting primary data for plan-vs-fact analysis.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in financial budgeting, with a strong focus on HR budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with financial tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data with high attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of 1C / 1C ZUP.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HR management systems (HiBob is a plus).
