Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Digital Services Growth Lead to help grow our digital consulting services business and associated practice areas within the US West Region Environment business line. Aligning to the global digital strategy, overall regional environment business growth strategy, and focusing on key clients in the region, this role will improve the contributions of the digital consulting business for the region.

Key drivers for this role include:

• Effectively promoting digital services and solutions.
• Strengthening client relationships through offering innovative solutions.
• Expanding stand-alone digital consulting engagements for the ENV business. 

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Serve in direct delivery roles on projects to provide technical leadership, project management, advisement, and solutioning.
• Understand the broader ENV offering to develop internal and external messaging and marketing material to align digital consulting offering within core ENV services.
• Plan, organize, and implement business development activities.
• Lead regional digital consulting bids for ENV and support select cross business line pursuits.
• Understand the teams’ capabilities in comparison with the market to continuously convey our capabilities and needs for bench growth to both our client facing teams and senior leadership.
• Identify and develop key client relationships and monitor client satisfaction levels, in coordination with existing Client Account Managers when applicable.
• Engage in high level, unstructured conversations within leadership levels of client organizations to enable problem identification and business case development.
• Act as a steward between clients and technical teams to facilitate the development of solutions, selection of technology, and develop offerings to identified client challenges.
• Facilitate evaluations and discussions on existing programs and longer-term contracts to help teams understand and define potential opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain a broad network and understanding of technical resources and ongoing work occurring across other business lines throughout the firm within North America.
• Liaison with global SaaS product teams to understand features roadmap and
  provide feedback to support the alignment of future features and marketing effort to align with the needs for the West region.
