GOALS:

Education Manager will provide support to the Oral Care Professional Team in the key educational activities and key projects across all professional product categories, as well as coordinate and scientifically prepare the manufacturing of POS materials, in collaboration with the marketing team!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates and prepares the production POS materials, collaborating with the internal marketing team.

• Categorise, segment and target relevant person audiences in coordination with CEE's professional team. 

• Leads the organization of educational events (face-to-face and digital), supported by Scientific Affairs or Oral Care Consultants (including presence in relevant local congresses and conventions).

• Creates and delivers educational content through presentations-in person and digital format, to individuals, groups and the general public. 

• Delivers educational content through engaging talks and presentations via face to face and digital formats to individuals, groups and large audiences.

• Captures and tracks external customers/partners and activities in CRM.

• Analyzes and reports relevant performance/output KPIs.

• Provides scientific training to other Education Managers and OCC teams in cooperation with Hub Scientific Affairs.

 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

 

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry or dentistry (or Dental hygienist-or professional dental knowledge)!

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dental market -in field experience with practicing professionals and academia target

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

• Digital skills including presentation tools

Nice to have: 

• Work experience in a multinational environment, marketing area

• Excellent communication and influencing skills 

• Previous work experience in dental or pharmaceutical companies or healthcare products
