Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The LVN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations and support staff within the clinic and work closely with the clinic manager ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient workflow. The LVN Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and support to LVNs and medical support staff while collaborating with providers and leadership to maintain optimal clinic performance.

  • Act as a liaison between providers, staff, and leadership
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment
  • Address patient concerns and support service recovery when needed

 

  • Participate in staff meetings and leadership discussions
  • Participate in audits, quality improvement, and risk management activities
  • Ensure proper handling of medications, supplies, and equipment
  • Coordinate daily staffing assignments and coverage
  • Optimize clinic workflow to improve efficiency and patient experience
  • Assist with scheduling and timekeeping oversight
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Monitor staff competencies and ensure compliance with required certifications
  • Address performance issues in collaboration with leadership
  • Supervise and support LVN's and Medical Assistants staff in daily operations
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and procedures
