Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team!  We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives.  *Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred).*

***Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!**

Shifts:

Part Time (Up to 28 hours per pay period, with opportunities to pick up other shifts)
10:00pm - 6:00am
E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation
Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well (minimum 24 hours per month)

Pay: 

$15.61/hr - $19.64/hr  (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience)
Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour)
Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour)

Responsibilities and duties:

Assisting residents with all of their ADL's (activities of daily living) including; dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering. 
Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times
Medication administration 
Interaction/activities with residents 
General clean up and laundry 

Qualifications and skills:

Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor
Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families
Excellent communication skills
Good team player
