Key responsibilities for this role include: 

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Development, the Sr. Leadership Development Program Manager is recognized as an expert in learning and development and is responsible for applying instructional design models and approaches to develop, design, curate, evaluate and evolve leadership development curricula and programs.   

 

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with program management experience, equally able to strategize and execute well This role requires strong consultation skills – a professional, who can collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative and scalable solutions This individual takes pride in utilizing best innovative practices in adult learning, leadership theory, and change management to develop impactful learning experiences. This role will require an aptitude to build organizational capability and leadership capacity.  

 

Additionally, this individual is responsible for, but not limited to: 

 

  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and development of learning and development solutions for leaders at all levels within the organization 

  • Leverage instructional design principles and processes for design, development and facilitation of leadership development programs, including for high potential/cohort-based in-person programs 

  • Manage the end-to-end program life cycle including design, delivery, assessment and improvement 

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on program improvements by utilizing<
