We’re looking for a Color, Materials & Finish (CMF) Intern to support the development of seasonal color palettes, materials research, and CMF execution across footwear and apparel. This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world experience in product creation within an innovative and fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a Color, Materials & Finish (CMF) Intern to support the development of seasonal color palettes, materials research, and CMF execution across footwear and apparel. This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world experience in product creation within an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering color, material, graphics and trend inspiration for seasonal concepts.
- Help prepare color palettes, mood boards, and presentation materials for cross-functional teams.
- Support material research, including organizing swatches, tracking samples, and documenting properties.
- Assist with maintaining the digital and physical material library.
- Learn and support the process of color standards management, including lab dip reviews and sample evaluations.
- Help coordinate with cross-functional partners in Design, Development, and Merchandising.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and support milestone deliverables as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Materials Science or a related field.
- Strong interest in color design, materials, and the product creation process.
- Basic understanding of color theory and trend research.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate, take direction, and communicate clearly.
- Passionate, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
