Part Time Scheduler- Planning & Estimating (Hospitality).

Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Part Time Scheduler (Contract)- Planning & Estimating (Hospitality).

The Part Time Scheduler-Planning & Estimating will be fully responsible for receipt of all incoming Planning and Estimating requests, reviewing to ensure submittal is complete, logging and scheduling all requests to the appropriate Planner, and coordination of all requests as related to outside sourcing. This (Contract) role will report to the Planning & Estimating Manager, Hospitality.

Your skills we value:

• Reviewing and evaluating requests for estimates
• Contacting architects and designers to resolve issues with drawings or specifications.
• Working independently and with fellow associates
• Reviewing construction documents and understanding of scope of work to bid – including specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education Desired:

• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with AutoCAD software preferred.
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, resources, and workload.
• Extremely accurate and must be able to monitor own work to ensure accuracy.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
