The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to add to our high-performing team to do just that.

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers, and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences, and millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey. Now, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform.

As the Senior Mobile Engineer, you will report to the Lead Software Engineer and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems.

You Will

• Champion code quality, reusability, scalability security and help make strategic software architecture decisions with the lead engineer
• Build beautiful and highly functional user interfaces
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers, Product and Project Management to take small ideas or concepts and turn them into high fidelity technical game plans and achieve the products and business goals
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Mentor software and mobile engineers utilizing proven design patterns and your experience building large scale public facing software

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• 8+ years as a Software Engineer, 3+ years with React Native for iOS/ Android, 2+ years of experience with Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin)
• Strong experience with JavaScript (TypeScript a plus) and GraphQL
• Strong familiarity with data structures, algorithms and design patterns
• Experience working with DevOps Engineers using tools such as Terraform, and CI/CD Pipelines
• Understanding of React and Reactive Native component reusability best practices
• Advanced debugging capabilities such as observability, profiling performance, memory and power
• Proponent of code testing and familiar with the common frameworks for unit, integration and functional tests
