What your responsibilities will be

  

• Design and implement strategy and training plans aligned with the Business.
  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees aligned with the regional/ country managers.
  • Proactively identify initiatives to upskill and reskill the commercial teams.

 

• Develop, implement, conduct, measure and follow up comprehensive training solutions for Grifols Biopharma (affiliates and distributors) about products and sales and marketing skills.
  • Design and develop learning materials using different methodologies and tools to ensure the appropriate knowledge of participants.
  • Ensure constant update of training materials.
  • Develop educational content aligned with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding trainings.
  • Deliver training for sales and marketing teams.
  • Implement training process and evaluation procedures, KPIs and measure results to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Track training results and manage reporting on training outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management.

 

• Responsible for the development of the technologies/platforms/tools upon the Commercial Learning & Development department
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies.
  • Ensure constant update of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Manage existing platform and learning tools.
