Align strategy with long-term business goals in collaboration with business, engineering, and divisional teams.</li> <li><strong>Strategy Execution</strong>: Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of technologies into the Knauf Industrial Eco-System. Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.</li> <li><strong>Partnership &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong>: Collaborate closely with central and plant-side stakeholders, plant engineering, and IT teams. Act as the main point of contact for the product, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed.</li> </ul><p><strong>Product Management:</strong><strong></strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Continues Improvement:</strong> Drive product optimization based on business priorities and value-driven needs.<br/> </li> <li><strong>Financial Management</strong>: Own and manage the technology budget, covering planning, building, and operations.<br/> </li> <li><strong>Change Management: </strong>Lead initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.<br/> </li> <li><strong>Risk Management &amp; Compliance:</strong> Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards while mitigating risks during product development and deployment.</li> </ul><p><strong>Team Management:</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team.</li> <li>Conduct regular feedback sessions, set development goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.</li> <li>Align resources with organizational priorities while promoting a healthy work-life balance and positive team dynamics.</li> </ul><p></p><h3>Who you are</h3><p></p><ul> <li> <strong>Experience:  </strong>5+ years as a Program/Product Manager or similar role, with expertise in Manufacturing Operational Management, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and Industrial Solutions.</li> <li><strong>Language Skills: </strong>Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in German will be an advantage</li> <li> <strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Physics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li> <li><strong><strong>Skills:</strong></strong> </li> <li>Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, iIoT, Industry 4.0 trends, and ISA-95 standards.</li> <li>Proven experience with Manufacturing Execution and Historian Systems.</li> <li>Skilled in building and leading cross-functional, global teams.</li> <li>Excellent service, change management, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> </ul><p>    </p><ul> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>What we offer you</h3><p>We all shape our lives individually.
