As a Customer Service Engineer, you'll play a critical role in our Roll Service business by supporting customers and ensuring seamless project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Preparing order confirmations for internal and external customers using our LN ERP system. 

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and preparing accurate quotations based on requirements and inspection reports. 

• Maintaining and updating the quotation database, ensuring traceability and accuracy. 

• Managing orders from quotation to invoicing, creating work orders in the ERP system, and coordinating timelines with production. 

• Coordinating with production teams to ensure technical specifications and deadlines are met. 

• Reviewing technical drawings to ensure accuracy and providing technical guidance to customers and colleagues. 

• Handling project invoicing, subcontractor orders, and purchase invoices. 

• Maintaining CRM and ERP systems and analyzing data. 

• Conducting customer feedback surveys and reporting insights to improve future performance. 

 
What We're Looking For: 

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-layered environment. The ideal candidate will have: 

• A technical background or equivalent experience in customer service or project coordination, preferably within the paper industry. 

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor LN) and CRM systems. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken). 

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook. 

• An accurate, structured approach to work with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
