JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Administrative Aide exists to provide assistance to residency programs. Duties include providing assistance with recruitment of new residents, data entry into New Innovations, pulling reports for meeting, monitoring completion of research activities, staffing special vents, and maintaining the alumni database.
- Assists the Program Directors and Residency Coordinators.
- Scans resident files into SharePoint.
- Enters conference attendance into New Innovations.
- Monitors NI Dashboard for delinquencies and notifies Program Directors and Coordinators.
- Prepares reimbursement forms for programs.
- Staff and help plan special events to include graduation, new resident activities, and award banquets.
- Assists with program orientation activities.
- Assists with recruitment activities.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years administrative support experience; OR an Associate's Degree in Business or related field in lieu of experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office procedures and methods.
- Ability to organize and maintain routine files.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone and other standard office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
WORK SCHEDULE: May occasionally work evenings.
