Description

 Key Responsibilities:  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor an offshore team.  • Review and analyze technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and guide standard processes in software development, testing, and deployment.  • Project Management, API design and development experience, collaborate with all Stakeholders and Offshore Leads.  Required Skills  • Experience in managing applications with backend framework like Node.js or Java.  • Experience in PostgreSQL or similar SQL database.  • Experience with RESTful API design and development and react or any front-end technologies.  • Experience with containerization using docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.  • Understanding of version control tools like Git or GitLab. • Ability to work in Agile teams and participate in Scrum or Kanban processes. • Familiarity with deployment strategies, such as blue/green deployments.
