  • Team Development: Foster a motivational environment through team meetings, one-on-ones, and sharing best practices. Encourage real-time collaboration and communication, skill development, and innovative problem-solving approaches. Lead your team in continuous development to meet the evolving demands of the business, customers, and marketplace.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Must be results driven, dedicated to winning deals and growing the business, working closely with peers and key sales stakeholders (GVPs, Regional Managers, Industry Managers) to craft compelling account strategies and presentations to ensure we are executing sales cycles at the highest level. Influence messaging to inspire prospects and customers, demonstrating the value of Oracle HCM Cloud applications and nurturing top-level trusted relationships.
  • Coaching and Review: Offer guidance on deal opportunities, discovery preparation, and presentations. Understand and influence the execution plans for top opportunities, providing support as needed. Conduct regular business reviews with sales management and Lead SEs to ensure alignment on priorities and progress on key deals.
  • Project Leadership: Participate in projects and initiatives across Solution Engineering to solve business problems and enhance operations. This includes managing sales cycle preparation and delivery quality, as well as overseeing skill development planning and progress for your SE team.

 

Career Level - M3

As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.

US: Hiring Range: from $100,000 to $207,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 65/35.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
