About the Role: The Senior Director of Revenue Planning – Florida drives revenue through strategic forecasting, allocation, and demand planning across retail and cultivation. This role ensures the right product mix across stores by analyzing sales trends, promotions, and product lifecycles. In partnership with cultivation, the director provides insights to guide production planning and strain selection. Responsibilities also include inventory flow, cost control, and implementing planning tools to enhance visibility and decision-making. This cross-functional, data-driven role is key to aligning operations and delivering financial results across the Florida region. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead revenue planning and forecasting across retail and cultivation to align with sales targets and business goals
  • Drive allocation strategies to optimize in-stock levels, sell-through, and inventory KPIs
  • Translate retail demand into cultivation plans and strain mix decisions in partnership with production teams
  • Develop promotional strategies based on sales trends, product lifecycle, and regional goals
  • Support inventory planning and cost control to boost gross margin and reduce excess
  • Analyze market and sales trends to uncover revenue opportunities and optimize assortment
  • Build and maintain tools for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Visit stores and cultivation sites to validate strategy execution and gather field insights
  • Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and production for seamless planning and execution
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance reviews, and hiring
  • This position requires a travel commitment of 20-30%

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in retail planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, allocation, and retail trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-maker
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales levers impacting revenue and margin
  • Clear, effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Confident, accountable leader who challenges the status quo and drives improvement
