Here's what your role as a Customer Service Representative will involve:

• Supporting the Installation Department: You'll work closely with our installation department, making customer completion calls, a vital element of our customer service. 
• Feedback Ambassador: As a Feedback Ambassador, you'll provide invaluable customer feedback to our Department Managers. Your insights are a driving force behind our unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. 
• Online Reputation Builder: You play an integral role in promoting successful online reviews. By ensuring our satisfied customers receive the recognition they deserve, you contribute to strengthening our online presence and reputation for excellence. 
• Exceeding Expectations: Your willingness to go the extra mile sets you apart. You consistently demonstrate your dedication to ensuring our customers' happiness, thereby reinforcing our reputation for delivering exceptional service. 

Requirements

Your Requirements:

• Set Office Schedule: You'll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. 
• Customer Communication Savvy: With 3 years of prior experience in customer communication, you're well-prepared for this role. 
• Goal-Oriented: A strong focus on performance-based goals and the drive to meet them is key. 
• Persuasion: Leverage your ability to hold persuasive conversations over the phone, a valuable skill in this position. 
• Resilience: Capable of handling and overcoming customer objections, you demonstrate the resilience needed in this role. 
• Effective Communication: Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, ensure your success. 
• Competitive Drive: With a self-driven, competitive spirit, you strive for excellence in all you do. 
• Tech Proficiency: Show your computer proficiency, including data entry skills.
