About the role
<p>As a member of the FP&A team you will be involved in the following activities:</p><ul>
<li> <strong>Supporting the Month-End Close:</strong> Assist with FP&A aspects of the month-end close process by performing thorough variance analysis to explain key drivers.</li>
<li> <strong>Sales Reporting & Reconciliation:</strong> Prepare weekly and monthly sales reconciliations and reports while ensuring accuracy and transparency.</li>
<li> <strong>Cash Flow Reporting:</strong> Generate detailed weekly cash flow reports to support liquidity management.</li>
<li> <strong>Regional Sales & Gross Margin Analysis:</strong> Develop and analyze sales by customer and gross margin data for specific regions.</li>
<li> <strong>Data Analysis & Reconciliation:</strong> Provide support for data analysis and reconciliation tasks, such as customer-specific sales reviews.</li>
<li> <strong>Budgeting & Forecasting:</strong> Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes—including designing reporting templates and critically reviewing planning assumptions.</li>
<li> <strong>Business Partnering:</strong> Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze revenue and margin improvements while addressing other data-related needs.</li>
<li> <strong>Management Reporting:</strong> Prepare monthly performance reports for designated regions to keep leadership informed.</li>
<li> <strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Continuously review and enhance FP&A processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.</li>
</ul><p><strong><strong>Capability Requirements (Skills, Education and Experience)</strong></strong></p><p><strong><em>Skills:</em></strong></p><ul>
<li>Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Strong oral and written English communication skills</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Excellent analytics skills</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Experience using and providing basic support for financial systems and databases</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Strong IT affinity to drive required digital agenda in FP&A</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Highly numerate person and have meticulous attention to detail</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>You have a structured thought process with a curiosity about data and have an ability to make sense of large sets of data and turn data into insight</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>You must be able to effectively communicate data and findings</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>You should be confident in presenting analysis to a wide range of stakeholders</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>You are organized and able to prioritize effectively</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>You can keep calm and remain resilient in complicated situations</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>An interest in pharma businesses dedicated to women’s health</li>
</ul><p><strong><em>Education:</em></strong></p><ul>
<li>You must have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>General accounting knowledge</li>
</ul><p><strong><em>Experience: </em></strong></p><ul>
<li>3+ years of working experience preferably in FP&A department</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting process<strong></strong> </li>
