If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <p><strong>Weld and Joint Auditing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform routine audits of BIW joints across body shop zones (e.g., underbody, body sides, framing, closures).</li> <li>Validate destructive and non-destructive weld checks (e.g., peel, chisel, nugget size measurements, ultrasonic).</li> <li>Verify compliance with weld schedules and joining parameter specifications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Adhesive and Sealer Verification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Audit structural adhesive and sealer application for location, bead size, continuity, and material cure.</li> <li>Support validation of adhesive joint bonding strength per specifications and test protocols.</li> <li>Monitor anti-flutter and hem flange seal application during closures assembly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Monitoring & Documentation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Record audit findings in standardized quality systems.</li> <li>Escalate nonconformities, doc
